Sadly in this very emotional “good bye” show I close the Cosmic Café after being open since April 2014.
I want to thank personally (and emotionally) everyone that has touched my life because of the Cosmic Café.
I also wish to thank A’ja again for being my Co-Host on nearly 25 of these Podcast Episodes.
If you wish to stay in touch, look me up on my new website: www.EricsDrone.com where I will be sharing with you cool drone footage that I take of some pretty amazing places. I will also be telling stories – similar to one or two stories I shared in this last episode of the Café.
Dad does manage to stop by the Cafe for one last really “bad” Dad Joke…

A brief history:
The Cosmic Cafe’s TV Show was originally started and broadcast in 2014. It now is broadcast on nearly 90 TV Stations across the United States.
We also broadcast 100+ live streaming episodes from my home studio as well as remote locations like NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida and San Diego’s ComicCon!
The archives of those shows and much more are all available on the main website: CosmicCafeShow.com
Episode 0036 – Rather than be Cliche and all sappy with the anticipated “what we’re thankful for” routine – we are going against the grain, in a humorous way, and discuss mostly what we are un-thankful for!
There are funny stories you probably will wish you skipped over, but none the less, you will still be smiling while eating that Turkey!
Happy Thanksgiving friends!
Lastly, and most importantly, we are now, since Episode 31, adding transcripts to our Podcasts. This opens our show up for hearing impaired individuals, as well as for people who speak English as a 2nd language, and can read English better than when they listen to it.

A’ja and I talk about the crazy antics that went down for her Birthday Bash! Warning – you will probably smile and laugh out loud (as cliché as that sounds)…
Seriously, we had fun at the Medieval Times as well as another adult venue…. (hint, A’ja had to ‘fight-off’ some aggressive umm… )

First about our new tagline: “Where The Conversation is More Stimulating than our Coffee!” will replace the original tagline (“Where the Paranormal is Normal”) which I have used since the birth of the Cosmic Cafe Show back in 2014. I am NOT abandoning the original Tagline, and will still keep using it, but for the Open of the Podcast, I will primarily use the new Tagline.
I also will be adding surprises to the opening tagline – you will have to listen to future episodes to find out what I have planned. 😉
In Episode 0032 A’ja and I will talk about Halloween, costume ideas, joke around, have fun, and keep you entertained (all 5 of you)….

Its Friday the 13th – what better day to get spooky and paranormal, than on Friday the 13th!!! We talk about historical events on this day. We also help celebrate some famous birthdays on August 13th!
An early example is Thomas W. Lawson’s well-read 1908 novel, “Friday, the Thirteenth“.
The “Friday the 13th” film franchise has made close to a billion dollars in box office revenue (when adjusted for inflation).
An often cited study published by the British Medical Journal in 1993 reported that, “the risk of hospital admission as a result of a transport accident may be increased by as much as 52 percent” on Friday the 13th. Yikes!
Friggatriskaidekaphobics, beware: Today is the first of three Friday the 13ths this year. (The other two fall in March and November.)
This date, of course, is associated with bad luck and superstition, which is why it has its own phobia —
“Frigg” was a Norse goddess who originally lent her name to the word that became “Friday,” and “triskaidekaphobia” is the fear of the number 13. Statistically speaking, the day is not more dangerous than any other. But even people who don’t avoid black cats or fear walking under ladders can have a little fun with Friday the 13th.
What happened on Friday the 13th originally? On Friday, October 13, 1307, the French rounded up thousands of Knights Templars and tortured them as heretics. Some believe the date of this massacre sparked our modern-day association of Friday the 13th with bad luck.
On Friday, August 13, 2010… A 13-year-old boy in Suffolk, England, was struck by lightning. The lightning reportedly hit at 1:13, or 13:13 in military time. The boy survived unharmed.
